How To Create A Gender Neutral Registry

Whether you’re waiting to find out the gender of your little one, want to get items that can be reused for future children, or just prefer the style/aesthetic of gender neutral items, creating a gender neutral registry may be the way to go. It can be a challenging endeavor, but we can help! Here’s a few tips from our experience: 1. First, we recommend expanding your view of what is gender neutral. Why are dinosaurs only for boys and rainbows only for girls? Kids of both genders love both! Everything from floral prints to tractor patterns can be considered gender...

Why We Waited to Find Out Our Baby’s Gender

We found out the gender of our first after their arrival! I’ve known for a very long time that I didn’t want to find out the gender once pregnant. I’m the youngest of three, a 90s baby, and my mom didn’t know the gender with any of us! It seemed so special, getting that surprise on delivery day!  I generally prefer no surprises, but this felt like a special exception - the one and only surprise I really wanted. It’s like they only know one word (crying) - like Groot in Guardians of The Galaxy - and they use it for everything they want to communicate.  2. The love you have for your baby will change you.  I had heard this...

What It’s Like to have a Newborn during the Pandemic

1. Tell us a little about yourself. My name is Jason Guevara and I'm a 34-year old, first-time dad and husband to Caroline, the founder of Line & Co. When I'm not doing my part in looking after our son, I'm designing digital product at UserTesting. I'm a big sports and food fan, so quarantine has been a bit of a rough adjustment for me. 2. When was your little one born? April 3. How did COVID-19 affect your pregnancy? As my wife was nearing month 9 right as the effects of the initial COVID wave really ramped up. We had...
